What Happens When Print & Web Marketing Combine?
PhysioWorks is a physical and occupational therapy clinic located in Kent, WA, in the heart of the Seattle/Tacoma metropolitan area. PhysioWorks specializes in industrial rehab therapy, catering predominantly to workers who have been injured on the job. They have a clear “back to work” mindset. They focus on helping their patients not only recover but become even stronger than before!
PhysioWorks began their journey with Practice Promotions in late December 2019, with their site going live early that following February. Despite coming on board shortly before the COVID-19 global pandemic, PhysioWorks has grown substantially since their start, becoming a prime example of the effectiveness of print marketing.
PhysioWorks started the year with 20 new patients and 749 total patient visits in the month of January. While their number of new patients and total visits certainly dipped some amid the lockdowns of the pandemic, overall they maintained consistent numbers, and had a high of 31 new patients in September, and a high of 897 total patient visits in October 2020.
Print Marketing = Online Reviews?
When PhysioWorks first came on board with Practice Promotions, they had zero Google Reviews. Five months later, they still lacked any public online reviews, so in late May, Danny ordered Review Generation Rack Cards from Practice Promotions, with QR codes leading directly to their Google Review portal.
Along with the Review Generation Rack Cards, Danny also started a staff contest, where each member would get a $100 gift card for every 10 reviews they could generate.
In the month of June alone, PhysioWorks went from zero Google Reviews to 23! PhysioWorks now has 35 Google reviews, and counting! In addition, PhysioWorks also received five internal reviews, two Yelp reviews, a Yellow Book review, and a Facebook recommendation.
Jumping To The Top of Google
PhysioWorks has seen a dramatic growth in the number of website visits and page views since launching their new website. Even more impressive, a huge percentage of those page views (over 90%!) came from Organic Searches. Their SEO has also steadily increased until now, with all but one of their 17 keywords ranking in the top 10 spots on Google! In fact, 8 of their keywords are in the top 3 of desktop searching in the Kent, WA area.
