For the last few months, our team has been working on a powerful integration to ensure you have seamless access to all of your leads permanently in a HIPAA-secured, user-friendly setting. We call it the Patient Lead CRM *(CRM stands for customer relationship management).

This system is powered by Whatconverts, a system you’ll be familiar with if you happen to leverage call tracking with us already. Recently, we were able to work out a solution that integrates your web forms and chatbot leads in the same place as calls. The result will create a lead-vetting experience that’s simple and thorough for you or your front desk!

You may already be familiar with the Practice Promotions social marketing tool and if so, we hope you’re using it! But you may be unfamiliar with many of the templates and useful tools at your disposal.If you’ve been struggling with creativity when it comes to social posting – don’t think your alone! Our team works on a quarterly basis to revamp new templates at your disposal to make it easier to plan and schedule content in advance!

Want an Easy Way to Use Email Marketing with Your New Patients? 📩

Utilize your new patient welcome series on your website! It’s an easy form with just 2 fields, name and email. Once you submit a patient, they are entered into your New Patient list in the Engage Email Marketing system. From there, your patients receive a series of 5 emails throughout their care.

The first email shares a few resources and includes a link to your patient information page to help patients prepare for their first appointment. The second email encourages patients to utilize all of your resources, like your health blogs. The third asks them to reply with how their care is going. The fourth asks them if they’d like to refer a friend. And the fifth and final email asks for a review!
