Build High-Performing PPC Campaigns That Deliver Results

As a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize Google Ads and SEM campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a critical role in developing PPC strategies, improving campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and maintaining strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and growth.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range of $74,000 to $84,000 annually
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional in-person meetings in Richmond, VA

You will collaborate closely with internal marketing professionals to continually improve campaign strategies, optimize client performance, and contribute to innovative digital marketing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a PPC specialist who enjoys balancing technical campaign execution with client communication and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Google Ads and Bing Ads account management experience
  • Google Ads Certified, Google Analytics Certified, and/or completion of a Google Ads Nano-Degree
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Proven account management and client communication experience
  • Experience utilizing project management software
  • Ability to attend in-person company meetings and events in Richmond, VA
  • Highly tech-savvy with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • PPC and account growth strategy.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Client retention focus.
  • Building and maintaining Google Ad campaigns.
  • Tracking PPC goals for clients on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Creating PPC strategies for the client based on their specific goals.
  • Developing solutions to combat problems or challenges that could affect the PPC accounts.
  • Conducting monthly/quarterly video calls with clients to discuss results and data from PPC campaigns.
  • Weekly SEM management of 40-50 clients.
  • Writing, editing, and uploading content to client’s web properties and landing pages.
  • Handling of weekly execution of Google Ad accounts, focused primarily on search campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze SEM metrics, improve results, and identify optimizations.
  • Collaboration with the digital marketing team to continually evolve our services and performance.
