Then, list additional measures you’re taking (Points 1-8 on the PDF)
Finish with a call to action like “learn more” directed to your website OR “schedule an appointment.”
Once again, we know these are trying times for businesses. Stay calm, and remember more than anything you MUST continue to communicate with patients. Use words like “postpone” and “reschedule” instead of “cancel”.
Things will return to normal but if they don’t hear from you, they’ll make up information in their head. Control what they think of you by saying it yourself on social media, email, your website, and more.
